Do you enjoy working in the outdoors and collaborating with a high-energy team, delivering services to South Waikato's parks and reserves. We are looking for a talented individual from the South Waikato district, including Tirau, Putaruru, and Tokoroa to help revitalise our community owned-Council sports fields. Your skills and knowledge in line marking and chemical application will ensure exceptional conditions all year round. Let's work together to make a lasting difference in our local sports community.

Requirements 

  • Experience in parks & reserves maintenance
  • Desire to learn 
  • Full, Class 1 Driver’s Licence is essential (Class 2 is desired) 
  • Level 3 Sports Turf Certificate (desirable) 
  • Current Growsafe Certificate is (desirable), however, can be provided on the job
  • Able to work independently, and be part of our team 
  • Physically fit
  • Good record of attendance 
  • A willingness to be part of our health and safety culture
