HVAC Services Supervisor

We're on the lookout for a trade-qualified individual working in collaboration with highly experienced teams, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of newly installed equipment, troubleshooting, fault finding and repairs. As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating installation, maintenance and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• Supervising a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful work completion. 
• Overseeing and be hands-on at the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and Electrical systems on commercial projects/properties. 
• Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met within specified timelines and budgets. 
• Conducting on-site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards of workmanship. 
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies. 
• Contributing to the training and development of technicians & apprentices within the branch. 
• Providing technical expertise and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Hands-on position with time divided between field services and office work – best of both worlds! 

The successful candidate will have/be: 

• Experienced and qualified HVAC Technician 
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence 
• NZ Electrical Service Technician A & B registration 
• Chiller and artesian system experience 
• Strong experience and knowledge in controls and BMS 
• Enthusiastic and enjoy working in a customer-facing, service-industry environment 
• Physically fit  
• A strong emphasis on health and safety
