Your duties will include the following:

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.
  • Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.
  • Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.


About you:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager and some knowledge of commercial portfolios. You know the legislation and can communicate this to people who might not understand as much as you.
  • You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions and love turning detractors into promoters.
  • You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and other’s) success.
  • You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office, and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
