We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Branch Manager to join our North Management branch in Darwin. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our strata team. Relocation: For candidates outside of Darwin, we offer relocation support to help new employees transition to their new roles.

 

Your Objectives:

  • Leadership: Be the heart of our success. Step into a pivotal role where you'll lead a committed and capable team dedicated to our company values. Your leadership will ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers, making a real impact every day. This role focuses entirely on leadership responsibilities, with no individual portfolio management.
  • Branch Performance & Operations: Make a significant impact on our branch performance and operations by exceeding monthly and annual growth targets while keeping expenses in check. Leverage your expertise in strata functions and legislative knowledge to support and oversee workflow procedures, ensuring we consistently meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Client Focus & Growth: Be at the forefront of client engagement and drive growth through exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with clients and colleagues on complex building portfolio challenges, gaining invaluable insights to enhance our services.
  • Employee Development: Join us in creating a thriving, supportive work environment. Inspire teamwork within our branches and take the lead in coaching and developing our staff. Your efforts will ensure not only the retention and growth of our clients but also the professional growth and satisfaction of our team members.

What makes you stand out from the rest?

  • You have at least 5 years prior leadership experience, with at least 3 years at middle-level management, preferably in the professional services industry. E.g. Real estate, financial services, legal, insurance, etc.
  • Diploma or degree (preferred) in management or related field.
  • Excellent leadership/communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of general business operations and human resources procedures.
  • Knowledge of (or ability to learn) the role of the client, the strata manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of owners.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level with emphasis on Outlook and Excel. Able to make effective use of multiple technology systems and software to productively manage your work.
  • Always acts with internal and external customers in mind.
  • Proven ability to drive and implement change.
