Customer Support Manager

Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function. Full time Monday to Friday role, located in Keilor East.

 Role requirements and responsibilities:

• Based @ Keilor East Care Community located 13km north-west of Melbourne CBD so our residents and their families can enjoy being conveniently close to local cafes, restaurants, Milleara and Highpoint Shopping Centres and transportation. 
• Experience in Sales/Administration roles desired 
• Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
• Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
• Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
• Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
• Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
• Reception and other administration duties where required
