Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Cert IV in Individual Support/Aged Care with HLTHPS007 unit OR Completed the Pharmacology unit (EN/RN Students)
• Assist with completing basic observations and clinical care
• Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
• Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
• Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
