The Campus

The Condobolin Campus is a spacious school site with modern buildings and large outdoor areas. Condobolin- commonly known as Condo, lies on the bank of the Lachlan River, an hour from Parkes, Forbes, West Wyalong & Lake Cargelligo.

Condobolin campus has impressive indoor and outdoor spaces and boasts modern learning facilities to accommodate both online and face to face classes.  

Offering that small school atmosphere, the campus has a total of 46 students attending from Years 3 through to Year 12. 

The Position:

We have a rare opportunity for a Campus Principal to join our amazing Condo team on a full time, permanent basis.

With responsibility for the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Leeton Campus, the Principal will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care. Reporting to the Regional Principal and supported by an experienced Executive Team with expert and high-level support in the areas of Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property and WHS, the Principal is a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and students.

About You:
Possessing previous leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant/Deputy Principal, campus leader or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning

You will have a sound understanding of Australian curriculum requirements across Years 3-12 and experience building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
