Located at our Trinity Green Village at Mawson Lakes, your day will see you working in picturesque surrounds, with quality amenities and a lively community that sets the backdrop for an enviable workplace.  At Keyton, we are one team, and our Village & Sales Manager will embody our values every day:

• Connect as One Team: Foster a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel at home and supported. You’ll be the go-to person for both residents and staff, ensuring everyone’s needs are met with a smile
• Realise the Opportunities: Oversee the daily operations of the village, ensuring a seamless functionality and consistently achieving sales targets and leveraging opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Make Room for Kindness: Be the friendly face that listens to concerns, solves problems, and makes sure our residents are happy, healthy, and thriving.
• Find the Fun: Convert sales leads to reservations, ensuring sales targets are met. Manage daily sales operations and events like Open Days, focusing on creating fun and engaging experiences. Build and maintain relationships with local communities and organisations to enhance community-based marketing activities.
• Lead with Heart: Lead a passionate team of staff who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Who You Are: 

• Have an Agent’s Representative Certificate, or willingness to attain if successful
• A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.
• An energetic and enthusiastic leader who can juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
• Creative, with a knack for planning fun and engaging activities.
• Experienced in operational village management, with strong organizational, consultative and negotiation skills.
• Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of retirees.
• Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet)

The successful candidate will have or be willing to complete their First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
