The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Rochford Place, a contemporary retirement village with a nourishing social scene and tranquil surrounds, based in Western Sydney.


Rochford Place is currently seeking a positive, bubbly and customer-focused receptionist to provide friendly and efficient customer service to village residents and visitors and administrative support to the Village, on a
part time basis.

 

The successful candidate will work 2 days a week, between Wednesday to Friday. (Flexible on which 2 days are selected)

 

About You

You will provide friendly and efficient service to residents and visitors as well as providing administrative support to the Village Manager. The successful candidate will have the following:

 

  • Reception/administrative experience including data entry and invoicing (happy to train)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Hospitality or customer service experience. highly regarded.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly will be highly regarded.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October, with supporting documentation prior to joining.
