Role Overview
Ingenia is seeking a highly skilled Property Data Insights Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage analytical skills in guiding our sales, marketing, and development strategies within the Lifestyle Portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on interpreting data to provide strategic insights which contribute to informed decision making and the enhancement of our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and risks for whole of Lifestyle Portfolio
- Provide detailed analysis of competitors, sales data, and customer behaviour
- Utilize and interpret customer data to generate insights on buying patterns and preferences, aiding in effective market segmentation
- Provide analytical support for development feasibility studies
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of the CRM system
- Develop and maintain reports and visual presentations to present data insights and performance metrics
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting, leveraging data across sales, development and marketing for strategic planning and performance improvement
- Recommend improvements in business reporting systems, processes, and tools
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and assess risks associated with sales and development activities through the analysis process
Requirements
- Experience in an analytics/reporting role. MUST be in the property sector.
- Skilled in PowerBI, MS Excel, MQL/SQL programming, Microsoft Dynamics
- Expertise in analysing large data sets to produce business insights
- Involvement in CRM system development or enhancement is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
