The Company:

Our Ingenia Lifestyle portfolio was formed in 2013 and we are the leading, owner, operator and developer of quality affordable senior’s lifestyle communities in Australia.

Based on site this role is responsible for residential sales within our beautiful Bluey's Beach Lifestyle Community. We are seeking a success driven Community Sales Manager who wants to go above and beyond to achieve excellent results! 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
  • Partner across the business (Development, Operations, Marketing and Asset Service teams) to achieve required commercial outcomes
  • Assist in the development of the project marketing plans, specifically advising on market trends, competitive activity and promotional strategy
  • Achieve overall project sales budgets and forecasts and monthly sales targets in line with project budget
  • Develop sales strategies for the local market in collaboration with stakeholders and the management team
  • Manage the sales administration function (CRM, contract preparation) and sales reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
  • External promotion of the sales product, Residential Parks and Lifestyle brand (or other portfolio brand) in the local area market via sponsorships, local events and wider community presence to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Lead by example - support, coach, motivate and engage the team to be high performers and reach company and team goals

About You:

If you have a passion for property and seniors living, with demonstrated sales experience we want you to join our team! 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a sales role with the property industry is essential
  • Strong local area knowledge and contacts within the senior communities is desirable
  • Sales driven and determined to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Experience managing a CRM database is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and build strong relationships
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills/solution focus and able to make decisions
  • Approachable, patient and understanding
