Lifestyle Relief Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Relief Manager to provide operational support across our Lifestyle communities in South East Queensland.
You will be responsible for relieving our Community Managers in times of absence, including the day-to-day management of the Community, asset enhancement, financial and people management, resident satisfaction, risk and legislative compliance. This is a full time, permanent position.
This is a role will require you to have your own vehicle when travelling across sites. Car allowance is provided.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure our Communities are always providing quality services to residents in line with industry best practice and/or as directed by management
- Ensure the Communities are presented to a high standard by attending to cleaning / upkeep and Community building/kitchen cleanliness and compliance
- Manage staff, residents and visitors who attend the Communities
- Conduct and report on site audits (including kitchen) to ensure the appropriate standards are being maintained
- Provide support to residents by ensuring their health and wellbeing is a key focus
- Actively strive to increase occupancy in line with budgets
- Engage key community contacts to promote the Community and drive business outcomes.
- Support the resident community in the delivery of resident-initiated social groups and events
About You
- Current "C" class drivers’ licence (site dependent)
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
- Ability to identify problem areas and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
- Confident and proficient at reasoning with people
- Ability to work without supervision and problem solve
