The Role 

As an experienced client Debt Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding client debts.  You will engage with customers to negotiate payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. 

The Skills Required 

• Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role    

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 The Successful Candidate 

• Previous experience in a debt collection role 

• Australian working rights 

• Strong organisational and time management skills 

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
