About CGov:

CGov, part of the Avant Group, is an Australian company that provides fully automated business process solutions for healthcare professionals. Our no-code platform and methodology enables Cgov to respond quickly and efficiently to the changing demands in healthcare.
We are looking for a friendly and organised receptionist/administrator to join our Brisbane team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
This is a permanent position, working full time (Monday to Friday).

The role:

Answering the phone
Calendar management
Arranging meetings
Booking travel
Scanning and filing of documents
Managing office stock (stationary, fruit, etc.)
Check the PO Box
Arrange weekly morning teas
Arranging office events
