About the role:

The Digital Channel Specialist contributes to the delivery of the Doctors’ Health Fund’s digital marketing strategy to ensure that the organisation is sufficiently and appropriately represented across all digital channels, as well as supporting the delivery of growth and retention targets.

Key accountability for the role includes:

  • The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the Content Management System (CMS) to execute on content and functionality updates to the website.
  • Manage back-end promotion requirements in the CMS in liaison with Web Developers, Information System and Sales team.
  • Monitor traffic and performance insights of website using GA4 and create regular reports to present results/trends to internal stakeholders that support continuous improvement.
  • Execute build and deployment of all email’s requests for prospect and member campaigns leveraging our email marketing platforms. 
  • Work with Marketing Manager and Digital Channel Manager to develop, implement, and optimise the SEM and SEO strategy.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience working across content management systems (CMS) and email distribution platforms (essential).
  • Demonstrated experience in a Digital Marketing role, preferably within the private health insurance or financial services industry (preferable but not essential).
  • Experience in managing SEO/PPC campaigns (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with user journey UX/UI (beneficial).
