About the role
As an Executive Assistant you will be a valuable member of a dynamic collaborative and supportive team, providing executive support to the CEO and COO of our Doctors’ Health Fund business. This is a 12 month max term, full time opportunity based in our Darling Park, Sydney CBD offices.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with extensive experience supporting at the group executive or c suite level.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Providing efficient and varied executive and administration support while preserving confidentiality and professionalism;
• Managing the calendars for the CEO and COO which are frequently changing;
• Responding proactively to changing circumstances and competing priorities within strict deadlines;
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and drafting minutes, tracking and follow up of action items;
• Managing travel requirements and expenses for the senior leadership team;
• Effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders including regulators;
• Coordinating internal communications;
• Support with board level papers and executive level presentations;
• Providing support to wider senior leadership team as required including assistance on strategic projects.
The successful applicant will have:
• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior executive/ group executive or c suite level;
• Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines;
• Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail;
• Professional, calm, and ‘can-do’ approach to everything they do;
• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels;
• Fast and accurate typing skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
