Purpose

As Restaurant & Bar Manager at GEORGIE, with your wealth of knowledge and skill you will curate every aspect of Georgie's dining and bar experience shaping its presence in the Sydney landscape. 

 

This position offers a base salary of $90,000 + Super

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assemble, train and lead a team of rock star front-of-house staff, setting the standard for service excellence
  • Curate and oversee an extensive and diverse beverage program encompassing wines and cocktails, ensuring staff proficiency through exceptional training
  • Develop innovative strategies to boost revenue and drive profitability
  • Keep a watchful eye on inventory levels, ensuring we are always well-stocked with the finest ingredients and beverages
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and collaboration, fostering a team that is as passionate as you are
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all
  • Tackle guest inquiries and issues head-on, turning challenges into opportunities to shine
  • Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and flawless execution
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and best practices, always seeking ways to elevate our offerings

  • Sound experience from working within vibrant city based Restaurants, with a keen focus on bar operations

  • Excellent communication skills, both with guests and team members

  • A finger on the pulse of food and beverage trends, always ahead of the curve
