Strata Manager

About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our QBS Strata team in Upper Coomera.   As a Strata Manager, your duties will include:

• Maintaining a portfolio of a diverse range of strata schemes, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support.
• Organise and attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other key meetings.
• Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with assistance from various departments.
• Interpreting legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
• Maintain insurance policies, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure building compliance requirements are met.

 We’re looking for someone who has….

• Experience as a Strata Manager
• Skills in portfolio and/or account management
• A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements.
