Strata Support Consultant

This role presents an excellent opportunity for learning more about the strata industry and PICA Group as there is great exposure across all NSW, QLD, and VIC plans and legislation. You can also enhance your skills if you are considering a career within our company or the broader industry. The team are extremely supportive and will provide continual advice and training.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Business Development in preparation of onboarding a Plan
• Entering and adjusting management agreements in Urbanise.
• Ensuring we have the required critical documents to support plan onboarding.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including Business Development, Branch Managers, Strata Managers, and external Strata Companies

What we’re looking for:

• Proven success in your current role

• High level of attention to detail, time management and the ability to multi-task.
• Good communication skills

• Basic math skills

• General understanding of minutes and critical documentation of a plan
