What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Collaborative Work: You will be part of a great team partnering with our Strata Managers to handle repairs, maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
  • Client Interaction: Use your top-notch service and communication skills to connect with committee members, resolving issues and providing information via email or phone. Your warm and friendly approach will make every interaction a positive one.
  • Organisational Excellence: Managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects efficiently. This includes maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date. 

 

About you:

 

  • Administrative Experience: You are A highly organized individual with excellent time management skills. Who has a solid background in administration ensuring accuracy across all tasks and communications.
  • Adaptable: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected issues that may arise in a dynamic work environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Database management experience is beneficial as you will be managing workflows across multiple different systems
  • Problem Solver: You see challenges as opportunities and are a forward thinker who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
  • Relationship Builder: An excellent communicator who can build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Fluent Mandarin speakers preferred but not required.
